Mr. Gregory Kittelson is an American Business Consultant and HR Consultant living in the Makati, Philippines for the past 8 years. Gregory has worked for two start-up BPO or outsourcing companies in Makati, Manila - FBM Software, and FBM e-Services.  In addition, Gregory co-founded two Internet companies in the Philippines, Digital Media Exchange (Mobius) and GrooveNet.

Between all 4 companies Gregory has had a very dynamic career in the Philippines. He has built companies from scratch while navigating through the Philippines' bureaucratic government agencies and unique business culture.  In terms of doing business in the Philippines, Gregory has significant experience in sourcing, recruiting, managing and retaining local talent.  Gregory has been involved in the hiring of hundreds of Flipino and Expat staff, managers and executives with whom he has managed.

Mr. Kittelson not only manages the day to day operations of Kittelson & Carpo Consulting but also is a Business Consultant and BPO Consultant to the company's long list of foreign clients.  Gregory sits down with every K&C client to carefully understand their business needs and intentions in the Philippines.  In addition to offering the K&C clients a wide range of services, he always offers his advice, experience and connections to other existing companies, organizations, business people and talent in the IT, BPO, Call Center, Telcos  and Media industries in Metro-Manila, Philippines.
