Liberty Rose Cabardo has eight years of solid experience in human resources and operations management gained from the IT, outsourcing, call center and service industries. Her knowledge and skills in HR management covers recruitment, employee and labor relations, training and development, Philippine labor law, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, strategic planning and policy administration. Operations-wise, Liberty is experienced in purchasing management, inventory/asset management, and the maintenance of security & janitorial services.

A certified Internal Quality Auditor of the ISO 9001:2000 standard, Ms. Cabardo is skilled in conducting internal quality audits which involves the evaluation of the effectiveness of work processes or business process flows, the identification of conformances or non-conformances in the established work processes and the resolution of issues or concerns affecting the quality management system.

Liberty holds a double major degree in Psychology & Management and a Masters degree in Business Administration, both earned from the University of the Philippines. She is currently taking up Juris Doctor.
