Job Description

Kittelson & Carpo is hiring an accountant with experience in finanical statements, general accouting, payroll, tax and auditing. Accountants should have experience working with or for foreign clients and multi-national companies in the Philippines. 

Employment type: Full-time
Start date: Immediately
Salary: Dependent on experience

Required Experience

• At least two years experience
• Strong English
• Payroll processes
• Preparation of financial reports
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate and follow instructions from a diverse group of clients, attorneys and staff
• Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints

Responsibilities

• Manage client billing
• Reconcile monthly bank statements
• Fill with BIR and other government agencies
• Deduct bi-weekly company and client payroll
• Prepare financial statements and various tax returns
• Maintain financial records such as receivable and accounts payable for the company
• Interact with clients, Managing Director, Partner Attorney and Admin staff
• Manage cash flow among several accounts and prepare wire transfers as necessary
• Maintain strict confidentiality with client, employee, and financial information
