Ad Sales Manager Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting: Develop prospective-customer database

• Reach: Open new leads by reaching out to the prospective customers

• Pitch: Make customized sales presentations based on client need & our offerings.

• Close: Negotiate and win orders

• Respond to and follow up on incoming sales enquiries

• Maintain regular contacts with media agencies

• Monitor competition by gathering information on ongoing campaigns, pricing, innovations and recommend changes in products, service, and policy

• Provide activity & results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly plans, etc.

• Contribute by accomplishing assigned activities as needed

 

Requirements:

• Proven track record of meeting assigned sales target on a consistent basis.

• 5 years experience in sales with at least 2 years in online ad-sales for a major website
