Job Description

The fastest growing online commercial office space broker (Manila Office Space.com) is looking to higher agents for their Salcedo Village office in Makati.

We're offering a great opportunity with double the commissions most brokers are offering. We're looking for experience but any good candidates should apply.

Responsibilities:

• Market and broker commercial real estate including leases, office space, seat rentals, furnished offices

Requirements:

• Assertive, confident, and results-driven
• Must have network of brokers
• Equipped with above average oral & written communication skills and presentation skills
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business
• Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
• Required language(s): Filipino, English
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent
• Full-Time positions available
