Job Description

Kittelson and Carpo is hiring a Data Analyst who is responsible for data integrity, analysis and reporting of Hardware and Software IT asset attributes stored in the corporate asset database. The Data Analyst must have a comprehensive understanding of IT asset lifecycle processes used across all divisions of the organization to perform day to day data analyst activities.

 

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in using IBM Lotus Notes databases and views or Oracle/SQL Databases, Excel spreadsheets and Pivot Tables, Microsoft Access queries and reports
• Background in using Crystal Reports is a plus
• At least 3 years of experience in IT Asset Management predominantly in the area of Hardware or Software Asset Management.
• Experience with analytical tools (i.e. Spreadsheets, analytic tools, databases)
• Has general knowledge of purchasing procedures
• Capable of following detailed procedures and ensures accuracy in documentation and data
• Must have the ability to interact with all levels of management through verbal and written communications
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
• 2 Full-Time positions available.
• Expertise in Access and Excel.
