Job Description
The successful candidate will be required to:

Have excellent word processing skills, a working knowledge of
database software such as Excel and Access

Deal and field basic enquiries, make appointments and plan the
diary

Organise, attend meetings and take minutes

Be involved with HR issues and managing junior staff.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills including a high level of
English
- Should have at least two years work experience in a similar
background, with references
- High organisational skills and be able to remain calm under
stress
- High level of discretion and be able to balance the interests
of the company with the needs of the staff
- A strong, positive personality and make yourself available to
all staff in need of assistance
