Recruiter Job Description

Requirements:

- M/F, 24-28 years old

- With solid experience in recruitment either from a headhunting firm or a BPO, or an IT company

- Articulate and adept in target search and target selection

- Able to calibrate jobs across different functions and levels in an organization

- Has deep interest in human resources management and willing to evolve the recruitment role to pioneering the HR and Admin function of the company

- With pleasing personality but someone who can really go out there and knows where and how to pursue competent candidates

- Must be familiar with different sourcing strategies.

- Bachelor's Degree or related experience is highly desired.

- Two open positions
