Job Description

Job Purpose:

• Ensure monthly accounts closing is timely and accurate for all group entities in Shared Service center
• Ensure all financial transactions are compliant with financial standards
• Prepare and analyse management and statutory accounts

Responsibilities:

• Active role during month and year end closing
• Ensure the company financial records are booked timely according to the corporate and accounting guideline
• Responsible for the subsidiary's statutory financial reporting information accuracy and compliance of the financial treatment.
• Prepare and analyse management and statutory accounts for subsidiaries
• Prepare and post accrual listing for month-end accounts closing
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation

 

• Provide assistance and support to other departments for finance-related matters
• Respond to ad-hoc requests and reports required by management

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA equivalent

Experience:

• At least 5 years experience in accounting in a multinational company with experience in preparation of full set of accounts
• Experience in Big Four audit firms will be preferred
